History |
1946
Foundation of the Leroux & Lotz boiler works factory in
Nantes.
1965
Our company starts its activities in Oil & Gas as mechanical
equipment manufacturer and becomes one the very first French
pressure vessels suppliers in this area.
1977
With the advent of Nuclear Power, Leroux & Lotz Technologies
develops new capabilities and supplies auxiliary and IP –
BP piping of many EDF Power Plants.
1980
Capitalising on its Nuclear know-how, our company involves
in the construction of Nuclear submarines: SNLE, SNA. Leroux
& Lotz Technologies is awarded many construction contracts
by DCN, such as primary circuits on SNLEs, then revamping
and modernisation contracts such as for the missile tubes.
1987
First fabrication of engine blocks for the Pielstick company,
leading to a continuing long term partnership. Leroux &
Lotz Technologies has so far been fabricating more than hundred
such blocks for diesel-electric power plants or marine propulsion.
1995
Following its development in Oil & Gas, our company jointly
develops with Elf-Antar (to-day, Total) a new concept of modular
lubricants production units. Since then, many such units have
been installed on 4 continents.
2000
Leroux & Lotz Technologies acquires new boiler design
capacities, thus becoming totally independent as boiler manufacturer.
Its boiler product range has since then been continuously
developing.
2005
Leroux & Lotz Technologies is taken over by ALTAWEST,
thus joining Energy and Environment dedicated group. The same
year, Leroux & Lotz Turbomachinery is created to address
the turbines, compressors and pumps maintenance market. |
